The ‘Ask IT Knowledge Base’ was created by IS&T, for all members of the CSU community, to promote knowledge sharing on questions often received from our students, faculty, and staff. We do not simply store frequently asked questions, but also make an attempt to answer any questions you may have with your computer. We have the resources to enable us to answer topics ranging from computer hardware, software, network/internet, and most any other topic pertaining to your PC or Macintosh.
In order to keep the knowledge base running well and to prevent problems, please follow these simple rules for the ‘Ask IT Knowledge Base’. If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact x5050 (216-687-5050).
Users are not required to register at this time to use any communication features of the site. Communication, in this context, may include 'Ask A Question' or 'Comment' features.
